You can simply book appointments via whatsapp, call and through our website.
We accept cash, online transfer, QR pay, debit and credit card payment.
Duration of appointment depends on the treatments that you are receiving. But usually simple treatment would be around 30 mins while a complex treatment will be around 1-2 hours.

Yes we do, currently the insurance/panel we covered is PMCare, SimeDarby and many more.
Yes you can, we do accept installments for implants, braces,denture, root canal and crown/bridge treatment. We also have a 3rd party installment plan to help you to manage payments for our treatments.
It depends on the treatment that you are receiving but worry not as your comfort is our biggest priority.
If you were having an emergency during that time you can always walk in or call us for an appointment.
For Kajang branch, we are operating everyday from 9am-6pm except on Wednesday. For Tropicana, we are operating everyday from 10am-9pm except on Sunday.
Yes we do, we have an attending Periodontist who specialize in treating gums and bone problems and a prosthodontist who are expert in mouth rehab and implants.
